David Bergmeier formed Bergmeier Earthmoving, a division of Lodur Pty Ltd, in 1983. Predominantly Bergmeier Earthmoving were involved with the development of open cut mines, crusher feed, road building, vat leaching and ore transport.

Bergmeier Earthmoving has established itself as an efficient modern company, who employs local people and is heavily committed to our local community.

Today, Bergmeier Earthmoving specialise in materials transport using our modern fleet of trucks and side tipping trailers. Plant hire with our modern fleet of Volvo front end loaders and 6x4 Water Truck with ROPS cab. Additionally our Powerscreen 1400 tracked screening plant.

All our equipment is of the highest standard and our employees are professional dedicated safety conscious people.

Bergie's Soils

David Bergmeier founded Bergies Soils in 1999 from his love of gardening and frustration of not being able to obtain the correct soil to suit the Goldfields conditions.

Today Bergies Soils has 7 full time staff and is a leading supplier of quality garden, construction and landscaping products. They recently won the 2009 Kalgoorlie Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Award for a business with 6-10 employees.

Bergie's Soils have developed special blended products for your gardens. These products include Garden Blend, Potting Soil, and Premix (for concreting). These products combined with our huge range of sands, mulches, pebbles, blue metal, cracker dust, potting mix and lots more leaves Bergie's Soils with the biggest range in the Kalgoorlie area.
